Mohammad Qaswer Wakili – Group CEO

Mr Qaswer Wakili has been with Amania Group since its formation in 2010. Formerly the CEO of a local Telecommunication firm, Qaswar carries a wealth of experience across various sectors in Afghanistan and is at the forefront of Amania Group’s operations. He has extensive experience in working with NGO’s within the country and diverse business skills ranging from telecommunications to security services.

Nasratullah – Deputy CEO

Mr Nasratullah Ahmadzai has been with the Group since its inception in 2010. He has been instrumental in propelling the company to become one of the leaders of Afghanistan’s industrial and technical service providers. Formerly working with Logistics and Support Services across a diverse range of businesses, Nasratullah has extensive knowledge of business within Afghanistan and works in direct support of the CEO.

Mustafa Yazdouni – Senior Vice President

Commercial Operations (Dubai)

Mr Yazdouni is the newly appointed Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations at Amania Group. Prior to this role, Mustafa was part of the Business and Product Development team of a regional Private Equity business and Asset Manager in Dubai. During his time in London, Mustafa was in charge of regional Middle East and North Africa sales for MENA Fund Manager. Mustafa started his career with the build out of various business verticals, which focused on trade into Middle East & Africa. Mustafa holds a Master’s Degree, MEng with Honours in Engineering from the University of Bristol, School of Engineering, UK.

Walid Qayoumi – Director Sales & Marketing (Dubai)

An internationally experienced business development manager, with a solid background in sales, marketing and general business management. Walid has built international scope from his experience at multinational corporations across the globe covering many industries including; oil & gas, education, retail, telecommunications and automotive. Walid is a Graduate of the University of Kent, UK, with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice Studies.

Ahmad Ali – Group CFO

Mr. Ali has been with Amania Group since 2011. As Group CFO, Ahmad’s commitment and focus has played a major role in the continued growth of the organization by designing and implementing financial policy for sustainability & providing essential input for financial planning, monitoring and evaluation. Ahmad graduated from the university of Peshawar with a Master’s Degree in Commerce (M.Com). More than ten years of experience has turned Ahmad into a true veteran in the realms of project Management, budgeting and human resource management.

Said Al Sayyed – Head of finance and investment

Said has over 4 years of experience in the financial services/investment banking industry in Qatar and the UAE. He has previously worked on real estate consultancy, commodity exchange, technology, insurance, financial services and oil and gas sector transactions. He graduated with a Bachelors in Finance, Investments and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has a Masters Degree in Financial Management from the UK. Said is also a CFA charter holder.

Faisal Popal – Business Development Manager

Mr. Popal possesses more than 10 years of experience in Administration, human resources, Logistics services, training and consulting. Mr. Popal brings a vitality, professionalism and warmth as well as a mindset of service and advocacy to his work with clients and Amania consultants. Faisal’s primary focus is to build awareness about Amania Group's unique capabilities among prospective clients, and to develop and maintain relationships with current and past clients as well as acting as an advocate of the company's vision to enrich the spirit and performance of the organization, and its purpose to positively impact the world by creating thriving organizational cultures.

Faisal has graduated from Kabul Education University where he studied Persian language literature “BA Degree”.

Ghulam Hussain Wabil – IT Director

Mr. Wabil joined Amania Group as an IT Manager in 2018. His hard work and dedication to the job has seen him grow rapidly within his field and has since been promoted to the Director of IT. Mr. Wabil’ expertise lie in the fields of Network Engineering, Information Security, VoIP,and Computer Hardware. He is also the Certified of MCSA, MCSE, CCNA Rout&Switch, CCNP, and CEH. Mr. Wabil is a graduate of Kabul Polytechnic university with a degree in Information Technology.
